WHAT IF THIS COMPACT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF CORALS?

Our oceans, covering more than 70% of the earth’s surface, are one of our greatest resources. But they are in crisis. Although we think of the seas as infinitely abundant, in reality the vast diversity of life they contain is rapidly disappearing. Pollution, overfishing, climate change and human impacts are wreaking havoc on this vital environment. Coral reefs in particular are seriously endangered. Like undersea cities, these complex ecosystems are home to an incredibly rich bounty of plant and animal life that is essential to the health of our planet. The more we learn about this worsening situation, the more concerned we become and the more imperative it is that we take action.
