InterfaceFLOR has developed a splendid diversity of modular carpet tiles with built-in flexibility. Our extensive selection of mix-&-match styles in richly varied textures come together in beautifully unified floor patterns that allow you to create designs unique to your brand. They’re engineered to be appropriate throughout your hotel, though certain styles are endowed with properties that make them ideal for guest rooms.

REFRESHING CHANGE
InterfaceFLOR’s individual tiles also provide the great convenience of selective replacement so public and private spaces alike always look their best. Although our moisture-impermeable backing keeps spills on the surface for efficient clean-up, when tiles do become soiled or worn they can immediately be individually replaced by your
in-house staff without having to disrupt the entire room.

SWEET SMELL OF SUCCESS
Our proprietary antimicrobial preservative, Intersept®, protects carpet from mold growth so unpleasant odors are less likely to linger in the air.

ADHERE TO OUR PRINCIPLES
InterfaceFLOR offers faster, cleaner installations with TacTiles, a glue-free system that requires less prep and provides easier removal and replacement. Resulting in virtually no VOCs, its environmental impact is more than 90% lower than that of traditional glue-based methods.

SAVING GRACE
Because of InterfaceFLOR’s modular format, you can order just what you need and install with less waste than traditional broadloom. (3-4% waste for modular vs. 14% waste for broadloom.) By reducing carpet waste, you will save enough to cover the expense of every 8th guest room!

You will also reduce labor expenses for installation and maintenance; save on delivery and storage fees with tile that can be transported and stored in convenient square boxes; and avoid many of the costs associated with broadloom, including pattern matching, stretching, seam sewing and furniture removal.

KEEPING UP APPEARANCES
InterfaceFLOR goes to great lengths to extend the life of its product. Solution-dyed nylon fiber provides maximum stain resistance, keeping things fresher longer. Our structured backing holds the yarn in place and prevents movement, eliminating separation, raveling and rippling for a consistently smooth presentation.

CLOSING THE LOOP: WASTE NOT, WANT NOT
With ReEntry 2.0, InterfaceFLOR’s specially developed technology, we have the ability to cleanly separate carpet fiber from backing. Through partnerships with our fiber suppliers, we are able to recycle separated type 6 and 6,6 nylon into new type 6 and 6,6 nylon for use by InterfaceFLOR and other industries. We are also able to recycle our own separated GlasBac® and similar competitive backings into new GlasBacRE non-virgin PVC backing through our Cool Blue™ backing technology. This revolutionary process moves us ever closer to closing the loop on vinyl-backed carpet.

CARPETBAGGERS (TAKING WHAT’S NOT OURS)
We’ll take back virtually any carpet—our own modular tiles but also many types of broadloom, regardless of fiber or backing type. To date, our ReEntry® 2.0 Program has diverted more than 170 million pounds of carpet from the landfill.

Thanks to innovative solutions, we can seriously reduce our use of virgin resources. Convert™, our groundbreaking new design platform for modular carpet, currently features styles with 64-73% total recycled content, including 32-35% post-consumer. Every day it moves us closer to a closed-loop system.
